pull-ups are one of the hardest and best exercises you can do. being able to pull up your own body weight shows where your physical capabilities are.

so… beginners try just holding your body weight first.  more advanced people, 12 is mastery.  i’m at 6 full pull-up’s and 1 fake-out.  hey, i’m 6’7″ and 240 pounds.

no excuses. all progress is to be celebrated.

    Byron! 6’7 really? Anyways, I have tried to do pull ups before and I thought I was going to pull my arm out of the sockets…Lawwwd have mercy! Do you have any tips?

    I loathe pull ups! LOL!! Have not mastered ONE on my own. Can do assisted pull ups which still has great benefits too. I’ll get there one day!
