yep! sumo squats are my favorite thing to love-hate. i have 100 variations.
today i had a client that wants his body to be an inferno. we did 4 sets (8 repetitions) of sumo squats… each set going lower and lower. and he needed the motivation of me doing it with him, so we both went into shock. had to kick it out at the finish.
for your workout, use 15 to 50lbs weights. working large muscle groups turns your body into an incinerator of fat. i realize i’m going to have to launch a youtube channel.
